As part of the Xbox Studio experience team, I collaborated with the Product Manager to bring user center design experiences to the millions of customers.

My role focused on ideating, rapid conceptualization and design. I worked on defining and transforming complex ideas into high-fidelity prototypes.

Target audience Subscribers to discover and play new titles, while reactivating lapsed or low-activity users through personalized email communication .

Identifying Problems
User data revealed a clear drop in gameplay activity over time, with periods of inactivity strongly correlated to increased game pass subscription prices. Behavioral data indicated that users who reduced gameplay activity were significantly more likely to let their Game Pass subscriptions lapse.

Competitive Analysis
​I analyzed sections from Google, Apple, and Microsoft to benchmark usability, tone, experience and visual clarity. This helps me to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.
