User Research
Based on customer Insight
& Data. High cognitive overload on customers made them leave the site, and confused them. Chose the wrong type of health service. Lots of options to choose from and repetitiveness of information.

As part of the One Medical UX team, I collaborated with the Product Manager, Engineers, Principle UX Designers, and UX Mangers to bring user center design experiences to the millions of customers.

My role focused on ideating, rapid conceptualization and design. I worked on defining and transforming complex ideas into high-fidelity prototypes.

Problem to solve
Create a brand for OM & design an interactive user experience.

Goals
Simplify the discovery of healthcare services, subscriptions, and help customers find, buy, and interact with Amazon Health Ai.

Help designers adapt to the OM design systems and branding.

Target audience
Customers exploring Amazon Health for the first time or returning to manage prescriptions and access care.

Research
Poor user experiences problems
Amazon One Medical health services option was not clear or understandable for customers. Product page not adhering with visual hierarchy such as spacing, color, and font sizing and buttons.

Competitive Analysis
​I analyzed our competitors’ branding and user experiences. Hims has a very good user experience because hims offers users what they need, and understand there needs. It helps develop a company and customer connection.

Ideation
Hi Fi Prototype
​Iterated many mockups for the OM product page. I also worked on the OM components and style guidelines.

Design Systems / Style guidelines​

Designs the style guidelines for designers to adapt the new OM branding to their design work.

Design Systems / Components​

Designs these components to be used for other OM product pages such as the Health HP, MSA, and OM HP. These components where share to other UX Designers, CD, and ACD, and external 3rd party agencies.

Results

Health Ai launched in June and 50% of the product pages in the One Medical category had adopted the new OM design systems.

By simplifying the OM product page. Customer cognitive overload decreased 50% by reducing page scrolling, and page jumps.
